Kindy Shower

Jeremiah's family threw us a baby shower for all our family to come to, and here are just a few pictures. These were all taken about a week before Hudson got here, so these will also serve as my 37 weeks preggy pictures!

Here is Hudson's very first bucket from Whimsy Tin. It was packed full of goodies! Notice I said first bucket because Hudson has a bunch of buckets to get made for all his first holidays! We love Jaime's buckets! They are awesome!

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!

In case you don't follow me on Twitter or Facebook, then you don't know that we are inducing tomorrow morning! We are starting the Pitocin at 5:30am and then the Dr. will break my water so we can get this baby boy here! We are so anxious, nervous, excited, and READY!! Please keep up in your prayers!

Oh, and Colson CANNOT wait! He is so ready for his "little baby brother bear" to be here!

**I will be sure to TRY to keep my Facebook and Twitter updated throughout the day tomorrow and will update the blog as soon as we can. My sister may end up posting on here for us! That way you can get some pictures of Baby Hudson!**

Were at the hospital!

Update: They sent us home around 1am because I was not dilating anymore, even though my contractions were constant at 2 minutes apart. They gave me some Tylenol instead of demoral because the shot hurts and I didn't want it. So now we are waiting again!

Well we are sitting in the hospital having contractions and dilating. We got here at about 10:30 pm and are just being watched for now. My contractions are about 2 minutes apart. I had 3 false alarms with Colson so we are really hoping we aren't having another falsey!! We will keep ya posted when something changes!!

Colson Turns 4!

We have had such a hectic week that I have been so slow at blogging about Colson's 4th birthday. We had his party at Party Central the last weekend of June so that Jeremiah could be here, but his actual birthday was not until Monday. He had a great turnout for his party, but a poopy day on Monday. I got a phone call about 9am on Monday from my mom and she told me that my dad had a heart attack that morning and he was going to have a stint put in that day. So I woke Colson up by singing Happy Birthday to him and just got him ready as normal. I didn't want him to know his papaw had a broken heart, especially on his special day. Anyway to make a long story short, my sister and I took Colson, Braden, and Hunter to see Ice Age 2, in 3D, and to Larry's Pizza for his big day; I ended up locking my keys in the car when we finally got home, (thank you Lord for Onstar); my dad is feeling better and got to go home today, and so far, everyone is still okay. I'll leave you with a few pictures of Colson's party! Oh, and I went to my weekly dr's appointment today and nothing has changed. Looks like we wont be meeting Hudson this week (this is a good thing tho, Jeremiah is 1400 miles away in New York for a tournament, and will be gone a few more days). I'll update next week on if any progress has been made!

30 Weeks and Beaver Lake

Here we are at 30 weeks... It is so hard to believe how close we are to having 2 children. Holy Cow!!

This is me at 29 weeks and my awesome friend Lindsay. She lives in Rogers and works for a media group with FLW.

And here is a piture of Colson and Jeremiah weighing in... Colson is on this fish kissing kick. Let's just say, Jeremiah is one proud Daddy.

22 weeks @ Garvan Gardens

Jeremiah surprised Colson and I by taking us to Hot Springs today to go to Garvan Gardens. I kind of had an idea that's where he was taking us, so that is why I took my camera. Colson was really getting into taking our pictures in front of things, so daddy and I did a lot of posing for our little aspiring photographer. Also, there was a wedding going on today in the Garden, and I got a super cute video of Colson dancing to the music, but I can't get it uploaded on here. I'll keep trying.

Here is Jeremiah and I at 22 weeks. Everything is still just fine and Hudson and I are growing by the minute!

Hope everyone is enjoying the pretty weather this weekend!

Pregnant Hobbies

When I was pregnant with Colson, I taught myself how to cross-stitch. I had so much fun with it, but I never used anything I made. Also, I should mention, I haven't made anything since he was born.

With this pregnancy, I have started 2 new hobbies. The first hobby, I forgot to take a picture of, so I'll do that tomorrow and add on here, but the second hobby is this...

I don't know where I am going to use to blue and brown canvas because it matches nothing we will be using, but the green canvas is for Hudson's room at his Nana and Papaw's house. I am also working on a set of three 8x10 canvas' for my moms "Big Boy" room. It is a Razorback room for Colson and Braden, so I am painting some Hog pictures. I'll post those as soon as I finish them.

Also, Hudson's bedding has not arrived but here is a picture of what we got. We have not even started his room, but, when Jeremiah goes on his next tournament to North Carolina, I will be having it painted. Also, we still have not decided on his new crib. I want an espresso colored bed, so if anyone has one they would be interested in selling, let us know. We might consider taking it off your hands! I will post those pictures when we get the room done!

Updated...It's A...

BOY!

We have decided on Hudson Wyatt Kindy to be his name.

His sweet little face...

The ultrasound went really well, and as soon as she put the wand on my belly, I immediately saw proof he was a boy! There is NO mistaking it. Everything looked great and he is between 8oz and 1lb. He is measuring right where he should and my due date didn't change at all!

his sweet little hand, waving at us...

I really wish we had a scanner, but for now, these pictures will have to work... They are taken with my phone!

Anyone using Baby Wise?

I have heard several things mentioned about the Baby Wise method. I have looked it up online but would like to hear from "real" people using it. I don't have the book yet, so maybe I should get it?

Any suggestions or interesting things you would like to share?

Colson the Photographer and 19 weeks

Colson was wanting to take some pictures once we got home tonight, but Go, Deigo, Go, was on tv, so he was not really interested in getting off the couch to take pictures, so I stood in front of him and let him take some Preggo Pics of me. All this set-up is to inform you why I don't have a head! He is getting the hang of it though!

19 weeks!

Here is another randon picture he took with my phone, notice, we still don't have heads!

Sweet Baby K

Everyone is asking when we are going to find out what the baby is...

We find out March 17th. I will post pictures of the ultrasound and announce the name then. Also, I will try to get some pictures posted of the belly!

We love different names, and we have our boy name, but if anyone has some unique girl names, we would love to hear what you have.

As for me, I am feeling so much better now and gaining a little weight. Still not a big belly yet, but I have noticed the belly button is about to makes its appearance. It popped all the way out with Colson and I can tell it is about to do the same with this one. When I was probley 7 months pregnant with Colson, I was taking Hunter, my nephew, and his friend Bailey, down to the pool, and as we were walking down, Hunter says, "Look Bailey, you can see his nose popping out!" They thought it was so cool, and I just agreed with him. Kids are so funny!

14 Weeks

We had another doctors appointment today and sadly, there really is nothing to blog about. We thought we were going to have another ultrasound today, but as it turned out, we didn't get one. We did get to listen to Baby K's heartbeat, for like 2 seconds, and Jeremiah doesn't think he heard it at all, but it was hard for the nurse to get it because the baby is so squirmy. She assured us that was normal and what she did hear sounded good. I saw Dr. Garner today and he was super nice. I was glad I got to meet him even though I still haven't seen my Dr., Dr. Henson. I already know that my Dr. is great because he delivered Colson, and I don't remember meeting many of the other doctors before. Dr. Garner is concerned with my lack of weight gain right now, but he did say my belly was growing good. (I don't understand how your belly grows, but you aren't gaining weight, but o well). He asked if I had been sick and I told him I had been in the 1st trimester, but that I am mostly over that, so he said as long as I am eating and keeping everything in me than that would be fine. Also, considering I gained 40+ pounds with Colson, he quit worrying.

Next month, I will be 18 weeks and I will be doing the blood test that test for Down Syndrome and 2 other things (I can't remember what they called it either), and at this appointment, they wont tell us the sex of the baby since Jeremiah will be at a tournament, so they are letting us come back 2 weeks from then to do the anatomy ultrasound! So we are really looking forward to next months visits!

For those who are asking to see belly pics, I will take some soon! At least, I'll try to remember to!

August 5, 2009

We finally had our first appointment at the baby doctor today and everything went just fine! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was finding out that I am not as far along as I expected. (But only by like a week and a half.)So August 5, 2009 is the new due date.

The nurse practitioner took a few pictures of the baby and I was so excited. We finally got to see the baby and see it's heart beating. It was amazing! Jeremiah just sat there with his jaw on the floor. We got to see it's hands, feet, head, eye sockets and I must say, It is very good looking!!

For the Record, I hate calling it It... We can't wait to find out the sex! We already have a boy name, but not a single girl name!

We go back to the Dr. on the 4th of Feb., so I'll post more later! In the meantime, here are some pics. I apologize for the quality, I don't have a scanner, so I took a picture of the picture with my phone.

Ohh for all my family who thought it was funny to tell me there were 2 babies in there, WELL THERE IS ONLY 1 BABY!!!!

Colson is going to be a BIG BROTHER!

That's right, we have another little one on the way! We are so excited and cannot wait for our first appointment with the Dr. I will be going back to my same doctor who deliverd Colson, which was Dr. Clint Henson at St. Jospeh's in Hot Springs.

As for me, I am already showing, believe it or not, but I wore some fabulous maternity pants to church on Sunday. I am not feeling too terrible, but I am very naseous. Other than that, everything is good. We are thinking I am about 7 or 8 weeks, so our new bundle of joy should be here around the later part of July. Colson is very excited and cannot wait for the baby to crawl out of mommy's belly. We will keep updating as we know more!!
